Objectives:
- To organize conferences, seminars, and workshops with relevant experts in youth development and leadership, promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills among youth.
- To provide young individuals with opportunities to engage in discussions, enhance leadership capacities, and develop innovative solutions to societal challenges.
- To promote youth entrepreneurship by offering mentorship, facilitating access to startup incubation centers, and organizing hackathons, innovation challenges, and business development workshops.
- To encourage young individuals to transform innovative ideas into sustainable businesses by providing support, resources, and networking opportunities.
- To support students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds by providing free or subsidized books, stationery, and other educational materials, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion.
Core Areas of Operation:
The Youth General Assembly (YGA) operates across various critical domains to empower and engage young individuals. Our primary fields of operation include policy and civic engagement, law and justice, human rights and peacebuilding, political participation, education, skills development, business and entrepreneurship, and information technology. Through these areas, YGA aims to:
- Promote active participation in public discourse and policy development.
- Encourage civic responsibility and engagement among youth.
- Advocate for legal reforms and justice.
- Provide platforms for youth to engage with legal professionals and institutions.
- Promote awareness and advocacy for human rights.
- Engage in activities and dialogues that support peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
- Foster youth involvement in political processes.
- Develop strategies and advocate for legislative and constitutional amendments that empower the youth.
- Promote learning based on the principles of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
- Facilitate intercultural exchanges with like-minded organizations at local, regional, and global levels to share best practices and validate our mission of promoting education as a comprehensive process for human and social transformation.
- Engage communities, youth, and educators in rethinking their values and structures, encouraging actions that can be measured over time.

- Engage with diverse groups, including educators, youth, parliamentarians, empowered women, artists, activists, and media professionals, to exchange ideas, promote learning solutions, and introduce innovative content.

- Generate resources for institutional autonomy, sustainability, and growth through innovative programs and team development.
- Recognize and celebrate progress supported by citizen accountability and evidence, thereby deepening democratic practices.
- Disseminate knowledge through the publication of books, reports, journals, magazines, periodicals, and other documents.
- Work with various associations to develop course content and arrange apprenticeships within the sector.
- Seek and accept grants, donations, and assistance from public bodies, corporations, and individuals to support our mission.
- Host and participate in seminars, conferences, and fairs that align with the organization’s objectives.
