Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) Seminar & Policy Discussion
Overview:
The Youth General Assembly Health Forum, in collaboration with MILKAR.com and the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, hosted a Seminar and Policy Discussion on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). This initiative brought together experts to raise awareness and address policy solutions for one of the most common health challenges faced by women in Pakistan.
Event Details:
The seminar took place on October 16th, 2024, at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Lahore. It featured a diverse panel of healthcare professionals, psychologists, and wellness advocates who shared insights into PCOS diagnosis, management, and lifestyle interventions.
Objectives:
- Awareness: Educate attendees on PCOS symptoms, risks, and treatments.
- Empowerment: Equip women with the tools to manage their health and seek appropriate care.
