Introduction:

The Members Development Program (MDP) by the Youth General Assembly (YGA) is a comprehensive training initiative designed to enhance the personal and professional development of youth across Pakistan. The program includes workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions focusing on key soft skills such as leadership, public speaking, legal literacy, policy advocacy, entrepreneurship, civic engagement and emerging skills.

Vision:

To cultivate a community of well-rounded and skilled young leaders who actively contribute to society’s progress through leadership, civic responsibility, and continuous personal development.

Belief:

We believe that continuous development of youth members is crucial for fostering future leaders who can drive societal change. By equipping them with the right tools, they can take on leadership roles and contribute effectively to nation-building.

Aim:

The aim of the MDP is to provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to Youth General Assembly members, enabling them to enhance their leadership, governance, and professional skills.

Objectives:

  • Provide training in leadership, communication, and professional development.
  • Foster personal and professional growth through mentoring and skills-building workshops.
  • Organize sessions on governance, civic responsibility, and public policy to educate members about their roles in societal development.
  • Facilitate internship and volunteer opportunities for hands-on learning.
  • Encourage lifelong learning through continuous self-development initiatives.
