Introduction:

“Police, Adliya Aur Awam” is a joint project of Youth General Assembly and Fahad Shahbaz Foundation. This initiative is the first youth-led project in Pakistan that focuses on enhancing the roles of law enforcement, judiciary, and the public in transforming society. It seeks to build mechanisms that create effective social controls and a more collaborative relationship between these sectors and the community.

Vision:

To establish a collaborative framework where law enforcement, the judiciary, and the public work together for societal transformation, ensuring justice, accountability, and public welfare. This project aims to foster trust and cooperation between these sectors, promoting a harmonious and just society.

Belief:

We believe that only through mutual collaboration between the police, judiciary, and the public can society address its challenges and uphold justice and social order. A strong, transparent relationship between these institutions is essential for societal well-being.

Aim:

The project aims to create mechanisms for enhancing the role of law enforcement and judicial sectors in social development and to promote public trust in these institutions. By improving collaboration, it seeks to transform society through structured social controls.

Objectives:

  • Raise awareness about the roles of the police and judiciary in societal development.
  • Develop mechanisms that enhance public engagement with law enforcement and judicial bodies.
  • Advocate for policy reforms that promote accountability and transparency.
  • Foster collaborative dialogue between law enforcement, the judiciary, and the public.
  • Provide capacity-building programs for youth on legal systems, policing, and public engagement.
