Fahad Shahbaz is a leading corporate and constitutional lawyer, youth policy advocate, and nationally recognized changemaker in Pakistan. He is the Founder and President of the Youth General Assembly and currently serves as the Managing Partner at Rehnuma Law, where he advises on high-impact legal, legislative, and policy matters.

Fahad holds an LLM from the University of Law (UK) and has completed premier global academic programs, including International Law at the Hague Academy of International Law, Public Policy Economics at the University of Oxford, and “Transforming Society: Politics, Economics, and Social Policy” at the University of Cambridge—sharpening his expertise in governance, law, and reform.

He serves as the Focal Person to the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme, Government of Pakistan, where he leads transformative youth-centric strategies nationwide. At just 26, Fahad was considered for the role of Caretaker Minister, a powerful testament to his leadership and national impact.

A proud recipient of the Diana Award by the United Kingdom and an active member of the Global Shapers Community of the World Economic Forum, Fahad has represented Pakistan at many global forums, including the Commonwealth, OIC, SCO, BRICS, and various UN-affiliated platforms. He has also served as Head of Delegation and cast Pakistan’s vote in the Commonwealth Youth Elections, voicing the country’s vision on international youth policy and development.

Through his dedication to legal reform, youth empowerment, and public service, Fahad continues to shape Pakistan’s socio-legal landscape, emerging as one of the most promising and influential young leaders of his generation.
